Использование отходов — деятельность, связанная с утилизацией отходов, в том числе и отходов, появляющихся на последней стадии жизненного цикла любого объекта, направленная на производство вторичной товарной продукции, выполнение работ (услуг) или получение энергии с учётом материале- и энергосбережения, требований экологии и безопасности.
