Индекс Жаккара

Индекс Жаккара — предложенный П. Жаккаром (1901) показатель, равный отношению числа видов, найденных на двух исследуемых участках биотопа (C), к сумме видов, найденных на участке А, но не найденных на участке В, и найденных на участке В, но отсутствующих на участке А: I = 100 C/(A+B).

Величина I называется также коэффициентом флористического сходства (общности).
