Заповедник биосферный

Заповедник биосферный — 1. Строго охраняемый значительный природный участок, практически не испытывающий локальных воздействий человека на окружающие ландшафты, где идут вековые процессы, характер которых позволяет выявить естественно происходящие изменения биосферы, в том числе глобально-антропогенные. 

2. Территория, на которой производится постоянное слежение (мониторинг) за антропогенными изменениями природной среды на основе инструментальных определений и наблюдений за биоиндикаторами. При этом место наблюдений может отражать как общебиосферный фон (З.б. в первом понимании), так и локальные возмущения, производимые нарушенным окружением или близлежащими индустриальными объектами и центрами.
