Гидробионт

Гидробионт — организм — постоянный обитатель водной среды.

К гидробионтам относят также организмы, живущие в воде часть жизненного цикла,- личинки и другие водные фазы развития.

Например, головастики и личинки стрекоз — гидробионт, а взрослые лягушки и стрекозы — аэробионты. Гидробионты иногда разделяют на обитателей океана (маринобионтов) и пресных вод (аквабионтов).
