Декабрь 2020 года может стать самым солнечным в метеоистории

В Центральной России зимние месяцы, особенно декабрь, по климату самые хмурые и тёмные в году. Например, Москве за 31 день положено не больше 1 дня с ясной погодой. Если бы солнце светило каждый день, то набралось бы около 225 часов солнечного сияния. Но такого в декабре в средних широтах не бывает. В столице по статистике наблюдается только 18 солнечных часов, или 8% от возможного при ясном небе.

В текущем столетии был декабрь, когда солнце над мегаполисом совсем не появлялось на небе. Это декабрь 2017 года. А самым солнечным был декабрь 2002 года —тогда солнце светило 51 час.

Суббота благодаря вторжению сибирского антициклона ознаменовалась стартом длительного периода малооблачной погоды, которую синоптики называют «миллион на миллион». И такая погода продержится до следующих выходных. По прогнозу, ожидается 50-55 ясных часов, а значит, уже к середине месяца есть вероятность того, что декабрь-2020 может стать самым солнечным и светлым в истории регулярных наблюдений.
