В зоне паводка могут оказаться 170 тысяч сибиряков

Более 170 тысяч человек в 630 населенных пунктах Сибири могут оказаться в зоне подтопления во время весеннего паводка, сообщает Сибирский региональный центра МЧС.

На территории Сибири неблагоприятное развитие паводковой ситуации прогнозируется в семи субъектах: Тыве, Бурятии, Алтайском и Красноярском краях, Томской, Кемеровской, Иркутской областях.

В рамках подготовки к паводку в регионах планируют провести взрывы льда в 25 местах, ледорезные работы — на 75 участках протяжённостью 70 кv, чернение льда (покрытие золой или другими составами, чтобы ускорить таяние) — на площади 16 тыс. кв.км.

Также паводковая ситуация в Сибири может обостриться из-за глубокого промерзания почвы: в случае ранней весны земля не будет впитывать воду. По сравнению с 2017 годом почва промёрзла в среднем на 30-50 сантиметров глубже.
