Биоценоз

Биоценоз - совокупность растений, грибов, животных и микроорганизмов, имеющая определённый состав и сложившийся характер взаимоотношений как между собой, так и со средой.

Термин введён нем. биологом К. Мебиусом (1877). Как правило, имеется в виду принадлежность Б. одному биогеоценозу и биотопу.
