Экспорт отходов — обусловленная индивидуальной лицензией деятельность уполномоченных индивидуальных предпринимателей и юридических лиц по поставке за рубеж отходов на контрактных условиях с получением комплексного (финансового, экологического, социального, ресурсного) эффекта для субъектов деятельности и народного хозяйства, с обеспечением мер безопасности и требований охраны окружающей среды при проведении работ.
