Шумозащита

Шумозащита — мероприятия по снижению шума на производстве, транспорте, при гражданском и промышленном строительстве, на дорогах и улицах.

Ш. осуществляется с помощью архитектурно-строительных методов: применение звукопоглощающих материалов; рациональное расположение и размеры строительных объектов; создание противошумовых разрывов — отнесение жилых строений вглубь кварталов, расположение шумных производств в стороне от населённых пунктов, конструирование противошумовых оконных клапанов и других специальных экранов (вдоль дорог и улиц, в виде земляных валов, стенок различных конструкций, шумоотражающие, как правило, нежилые строения — магазины, гаражи, склады и т.п.); создание полос зелёных насаждений (эффективны полосы шириной в 50 м и более, главным образом летом); сооружение на балконах и лоджиях массивных или гофрированных ограждений; «взятие» рельсовых дорог в туннели и т.п.
