Суффозия

Суффозия — выщелачивание и вынос мелких минеральных частиц потоками грунтовых вод, фильтрующихся в толще горных пород.

С. приводит к образованию подземных пустот и к последующей просадке всей вышележащей осадочной толщи с формированием на поверхности замкнутых понижений (блюдец, воронок, западин).
