Русловая гряда

Русловая гряда — повышение донного рельефа вытянутой формы, возникающее в руслах водотоков, осуществляющих транспорт донных наносов.

В соответствии с образующим русловые гряды материалом и в зависимости от их расположения по отношению к средней линии русла водотока различают песчаную гряду, граве-листо-песчаную гряду, граве-листо-галечную гряду, продольную гряду, поперечную гряду и перекошенную гряду.
