Авария экологическая

Авария экологическая — производственная или транспортная ситуация, не предусмотренная действующими технологическими регламентами и правилами и сопровождающаяся существенным увеличением воздействия на окружающую среду.

По характеру риска А.э. можно разделить на следующие группы: выбросы и сбросы химических веществ стационарными источниками; выбросы бактериологических и биологически активных веществ; выбросы радиоактивных веществ; взрывы и пожары; внезапные обрушения зданий и различных сооружений (гидродинамических, электроэнергетических, коммунальных систем, очистных сооружений и др.); транспортные аварии (аварии при перевозках пассажиров и грузов наземным, водным и воздушным видами транспорта, аварии на трубопроводах); чрезвычайные ситуации, связанные с испытаниями военной техники и пр.т
