Парк — озелененная территория общего пользования от 10 га, представляющая собой самостоятельный архитектурно-ландшафтный объект.

В зависимости от преобладающих элементов ландшафтной композиции и функций выделяют луговой, нагорный, водный, детский, спортивный, этнографический парки и др.
