Область биогеографическая — крупное подразделение биосферы, возникшее в результате сопряжённого эволюционного развития продуцентов, консументов и редуцентов.

В составе аэробиосферы, местами в глубинах океана и литосферы, видимо, существуют лишь продуценты и редуценты.
